May 2013 Portfolio

I just join in Sweet Shoppe Forum.. and found the portfolio challenge. Really excited and enthusiast to join in. I start my portfolio with challenge #16. Let's do a classic Paper-to-Digi Scraplift challenge this month! Have fun and scraplift of a page from Kyoko Kobayashi's amazing gallery. I scraplift this layout...

I used Lost & Taken Mini Kit by Zoe Pearn Designs 

and few elements from Ready>Set>Go Kit by Juliana Kneipp

22. Paper piecing is a fantastic and bold way to add color to your layouts. Make your own chevrons that use lots of papers (possibly using this tutorial by Traci). Your chevrons must take up at least 1/2 your layout!

Not really satisfied with my shadow work.
